Shipping Cost: Orders over $60 will be shipped worldwide for free, otherwise there will be $7 shipping charge per order.

Shipping Time: Handling time is generally 1-3 business day for all shipments, unless it is at special holiday or the item is on pre-order. Orders received after 10am Pacific Time are sometimes not processed until the next business day. US orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days (It will take 5-7 more days to be shipped from further away if our warehouse in the US happens to be out of stock). International orders are shipped from our closest international warehouse and usually arrive in 4-12 business days depending on location. 

U.S orders: Shipped from our warehouse in the U.S. If the warehouse is out of stock, we need to ship from China. Most are sent via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground. Specific service will be automatically chosen by our system when your order is processed, and depends on the size/weight of your order.

International orders: Shipped from 1 of 5 global warehouses(Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, United States and China). Our system will automatically choose the closest warehouse and fastest standard/ground service available. International orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.

Return Policy(if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us first if you receive the defective item, or if you want to return the item with your order number.

Refund(if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds(if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@wandftrade.com

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
