    Missing a strap and instructions.

    This is the second bag I bought from this brand. This one however didn't come with the usual tags and instructions. It also missed the shoulder strap. So disappointing. I needed this bag for a trip today and now I have to rush to a store for one.

    Easy to put too much then get too heavy.

    Too difficult to refold

    If you don't use this bag frequently it's difficult to remember how to refold it an also then video goes so fast that I had to watch it four times before I could figure out how to fold it back up.

    Perfect fit

    Loved this product. It fit perfectly under the seat on the airline I traveled with (Southwest) and fit perfectly on my carry on handlethe pouch slides over. Not too big, not too small, perfect. Didn't rip and is very durable. Definitely recommend this if you're traveling either on plane or by road.
