I bought this bag because I'm cheap and didn't want to pay carry on fees with Frontier and it's exactly 8x14x18. It would be easy to over-fill, but it works if you're careful.That said, it's a great bag. It's really well designed for weight distribution, fits a MacBook Air with room to spare and has intelligently designed pockets.If you're looking for a sturdy backpack or a functional under seat bag (for Frontier, at least), this one is great.
