Shipping Cost: Orders over $60 will be shipped worldwide for free, otherwise there will be $7 shipping charge per order.

US orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days (It will take 5-7 more days to be shipped from further away if our warehouse in the US happens to be out of stock). International orders are shipped from our closest international warehouse and usually arrive in 4-12 business days depending on location.
U.S orders: Shipped from our warehouse in the U.S. If the warehouse is out of stock, we need to ship from China. Most are sent via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground. Specific service will be automatically chosen by our system when your order is processed, and depends on the size/weight of your order.
International orders: Shipped from 1 of 5 global warehouses(Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, United States and China). Our system will automatically choose the closest warehouse and fastest standard/ground service available. International orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
