T302 Travel Duffel Bag 18 Inch (30 L)

First, the order took 13 days to arrive.
I ordered a 30L bag, but I received a 40L, too big.
I tried to contact the company in 3 occasions by email and the company never replied my emails. They do not have a customer service phone number. I even disputed the charges with the credit card company, and without any explanations for the delay, I received the order. Later I had to cancel the dispute. I decided to keep the bag, because I didn’t want to go through the same frustration while trying to find out the status of my order.
I will never order directly from W&F Gear and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

If you want something cheap to only use a couple times, it's okay. A freezer bag is thicker then this thing, a plastic bag from the grocery store is about the same.

This is a great bag. We used this for an overnight bag and it was big enough to hold quite a bit. it's good quality too.

I like the color and the overall quality. The only issue is this doesn't have any hard base. Easy to store.

This bag is PERFECT as a personal item
